機構介紹 Charity Introduction

世界宣明會是一個基督教救援及發展機構，旨在為貧窮的兒童、家庭及社區帶來長遠的改變，援助不分宗教信仰、種族或性別。作為耶穌的跟隨者，世界宣明會致力扶助世界上最有需要的一群。世界宣明會由美籍記者卜皮爾博士於1950年成立，現時的項目遍及全球近100個國家。宣明會的援助項目以兒童為中心，因為當他們得到飽足，有棲身之所，可以上學讀書，並且受保護、重視及關愛時，社區便能蓬勃發展。

World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organisation working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. We serve all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender. As followers of Jesus, we are dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable people. World Vision was established by Dr. Bob Pierce, an American Journalist, in 1950. At present, we are working in nearly 100 countries. World Vision focuses on children because when they are fed, sheltered, schooled, protected, valued, and loved, a community thrives.
